• Buildings with sums insured of between €150,000 and €500,000.
• Owner Occupied Homes - we do not cater for tenanted properties.
• Recently Built Houses.
• Houses of Standard Construction - we do not cater for properties with any mineral-felt, or torch-on-felt roofs
• Homeowners with no previous household insurance claims.
